Have you got what it takes?
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Drywaller to join our construction team. You must be familiar with drywall hanging, drywall finishing, drywall framing and trim carpentry. Our ideal candidate is comfortable using hand and power tools for sanding and plastering panels, can work at heights, and is able to perform repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Apply drywall to wall or ceilings
- Suspended ceiling installation
- Drywall installation
- Ceiling work
- Steel Stud Framing
- Read blueprints and design
- Taping and plastering
- Demolition work
- Patching and painting
Here are the skills you bring to the team:
- Completion of Secondary School is required
- Must have a minimum work experience of 3-5 years
- Valid Trade Certificate (WHMIS, WAH, Lift License)
- Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions and ability to deal with problems in a professional and efficient manner
- Must be a problem solver, self-starter, and have the ability to work independently
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence with clean abstract
- Have your own vehicle

Overtime - Weekends as needed
