WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our end goal is to get you from an Inside Sales Rep to an Outside Sales Rep in 6 months!

The first six months in your role are spent in the Inside Sales position. This enables you to learn about our customers, to fine-tune the art of cold-calling, and most importantly, to develop the internal relationships with the teammates who will provide the support you need while you’re outside the office.

That would lead you to the next step in your career here – an Outside Sales Professional. Where you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers and closing sales deals in the field. We would equip you with the training and tools you need to be a successful member of the team.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Proven experience in sales preferably in a Construction/Trades environment
  • Extremely articulate, both in written and verbal communication.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to be consultative and strategic
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to read, react, and adapt your sales approaches as necessary.
    Computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational & time management skills.
  • Team and collaboration mentality
  • Positivity and a high level of respect for others

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Place outgoing calls to our prospective customer database to arrange introductory appointments for our Outside Sales team.
  • Gather and record information about the customer and their potential needs.
  • Confirm, update and build client database (CRM).
  • Document follow-up information on prospective clients who currently do not require our services.
  • Liaise with sales staff about current and future opportunities.
  • Maintain a follow-up system of contact for business prospects.
  • Learn through regular sales meetings and training with staff.
